84th Avenue StreetFEST
The 84th Avenue Café StreetFEST began as a vision the Association had to spearhead a street festival in Fleetwood and the City of Surrey's "Surrey Steps Up Project" launched in February, 2014 provided the opportunity.
84th Avenue was closed between 160th Street and Fraser Hwy for the day and the festival was designed to engage youth in the community by providing a venue to play music, showcase their art and organize activities geared towards teens including street hockey and a 32 ft. community chalk board.
